	THIS SITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION Horological Restoration Centre Pte Ltd (HRC) was founded by Mr. Kasey Poh in 1998 with the aim of providing higher standard in the field of watch repair and servicing. Prior to HRC, Kasey was an apprentice with Bharath & Watch Co. where his teacher Mr. Bhagavan is a highly respected and well known figure in WOSTEP.
